Functional Responsibilities
Prepare, manage, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and meetings as required. Support Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Project Leads. Prepare and present written and oral reports, and presentations.

Description of DutiesPlan and manage detailed schedules on CSEDS operation, maintenance, installations, and emergent tasking. Create and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) which accurately and comprehensively validate scope, workflow and resources required to execute the program. Provide actionable planning data and develop recommended solutions to execution conflicts. Lead CSEDS scheduling meetings. Participate in Sites Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and other meetings as required. Plan and coordinate CSEDS Tours in support of Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Project Leads. Maintain and update CSEDS briefing materials as required. Support the CSEDS ATR Environmental Safety and Health (ESH) policy and guidelines. Report findings and recommendations to the Government. Reports are usually submitted in writing, but oral presentations regarding findings are also common.

Minimum Education and Experience:
  • High School/GED diploma with 4 years of experience or Bachelor's degree

Other required skills/experience:
  • Your resume/cv accepted by our customer
  • Intimate knowledge of Microsoft Tool suite
  • Strong attention to detail with organizational and problem solving skills
  • Ability to interface constructively with US Government and Industry teammates
  • Self-starter drive and ability to translate, write and speak to technical issues
  • Ability to take direction from several sources and execute seamlessly in a timely fashion
  • Ability to multi-task

Required Skills and Certifications:
  • DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance within 90 days of signing the contingent hire offer letter
  • As a condition of continued employment, you must maintain an active security clearance
