As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused customer service professional to join our Amarr Commercial Expert/Estimator (ACE) team working with our commercial customers and products in our Lawrence, KS location.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

* Administer the Commercial Direct Order (CDO) Program, providing quotes, inputting and processing orders, and invoicing customers.
* Configure and enter orders for custom commercial garage door applications for our distribution centers.
* Provide technical support and quotes for all Amarr supplied commercial garage door products.
* Coordinate and expedite purchasing, production, and shipment of special items needed for commercial applications.
* Interact with Engineering, Purchasing, and Management to ensure Amarr utilizes appropriate and effective materials and processes for all commercial applications.
* Assist with Architectural packages, drawings, and take-offs as requested by the supervisor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

* At least two years of experience in customer service.
* Clear and concise communication skills, both orally and in writing.
* Ability to research information and analyze data regarding commercial projects.
* Excellent technical aptitude.
* Proficient in PC, Microsoft Office, Excel
* Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills (sales skills).
* Organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
