As a CNA, your primary focus will be to provide nursing care to our residents. If you have a strong passion for helping others, take pride in what you do and are looking for a great company who shares your vision, then this is the ideal opportunity for you

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide nursing care to our residents/patients in a home-like setting
* Interact with residents and families on a daily basis
* Utilize customer service skills to ensure that residents have an exceptional stay
* Handle advanced directives and end-of-life care
* Follow the Resident Care Standards and Practices
* Assist with meals, transfers using appropriate assistive devices, bathing, toileting, dressing and grooming

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / LICENSURE - CERTIFICATION

* Valid CNA license in MA
* Prior related experience preferred
* Proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits)
* Understands quality of care and life objectives
