Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse supports the nursing process and functions under the direction of a Professional Registered Nurse. The Licensed Practical Nurse must adhere to policy and procedure for Berkshire Medical Center clinical services.
Experience
* Has a thorough knowledge of nursing principles and procedures.
* One year of LPN experience required
* Surgical procedure experience preferred.
Education and Training
Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
License & Certification
* LPN - Licensed Practical Nurses
* CPR
Other Requirements
* Demonstrates continuing education in accordance with State regulations.
* Assures compliance with unit-specific scope of practice.
* Able to provide a high level of customer service to meet patient experience standards and expectations for the Family Birthplace.
Master Schedule
Hours= 3pm - 11:30 pm
Week 1:Tues., Wed., Thurs. & Sat. Week 2: Sun., Mon. Thurs. Fri.
Week 3:Tues., Wed., Thurs. & Sat. Week 4: Sun., Mon. Thurs. Fri.
