Job Summary

Responsible for the general operation of the Hospital Laboratories Phlebotomy/Central Processing Area (CPA) department. Coordinate activities with other areas of the organization and with internal and external customers to ensure that quality and turnaround time standards are met.

Minimum Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION
- High School diploma or equivalent.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
- Five (5) years relevant experience in a clinical laboratory setting
- Previous supervisory or leadership (i.e. Department Trainer) experience.

PREFERENCES
- Experience in specimen processing and/or phlebotomy.
