Care Provider

Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and stimulating environment with age-appropriate activities
- Prepare meals and snacks for the client
- Assist with basic care provider duties such as feeding, diapering, and bathing
- Help with homework and school projects as needed
- Maintain open communication with family and provide updates on the client's daily activities and progress
- Light housekeeping tasks related to the client, such as washing dishes and tidying up toys
Requirements:
- Must have a smartphone
- First Aid and CPR Certified or willing to get certified within 90 days
- At least two (2) years of proven professional experience as a child or adult care provider (nanny, babysitter, daycare worker, caregiver, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of child development and safety practices
- Good communication and organizational skills
- A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and valid car insurance (preferred)
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Pay: $21.00
Benefits:
- Weekly pay (45% more than the national average)
- $600 sign-on bonus
- $100 referral bonus for every care provider referred
- Performance-based bonuses
