Southland Holdings is currently accepting resumes for a talented and organized Project Administrator professional to join our team as a Office Manager to assist our Chinle AZ/Farmington NM project.

TYPICAL DUTIES:

* Assist the Project Managers, Engineers with time card/time keeping employees
* Maintain record/files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted practices.
* Order supplies, maintain construction office environment
* Process New Hire paperwork, reports, safety projects, etc.
* Assist with RFIs, submittals, updating logs, reports, weekly field employee time cards
* Backing up all documents, organizing project folders on to the drive
* Operate office equipment - fax, copiers and scanner.
* Some knowledge in Bluebeam is helpful (not mandatory)
* Assist with day-to-day record keeping, logs, invoices, POs and SAs.
* Assist with other projects as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

* Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and PDF files
* Knowledge with Civil Construction
* Expereince with payroll/hr
* Proficient with calculator and math
* Must be very well organized and a self-starter
* Must be able to follow standard filing procedures
* Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
* Possess strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
* Ability to interact with all employees in a professional manner
* High school or equivalent
