Intake Specialist, Call Center Representative

Responsibilities:
+ Handle 300 to 500 inbound and outbound calls daily.
+ Assess and qualify potential customers applying for our financial programs.
+ Employ provided scripts and training to address objections and provide comprehensive information adeptly.
+ Establish and accomplish goals, adhering to clear expectations and success measurements.
+ Thrive in a dynamic environment, exhibiting effective time management.
+ Collaborate seamlessly within a team environment, engaging in contests, prizes, and team events.
Qualifications:
+ Possess a minimum of 6 months of call center experience or high-volume call exposure (front desk, etc.).
+ Ability to commute daily to the Irvine, CA office (Remote NOT available).
+ Familiarity with requisite technology for lead handling and conversation documentation.
+ Exhibit strong communication, organizational, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
+ Minimum age of 18 years, with authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Curious about compensation? As an Intake Specialist, you'll receive a base of 18.00/hr + commission for each lead converted into a new customer.
