Job Overview: As a Senior Consultant at Spencer Thomas Group, you will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of Payroll and HCM projects. Your expertise will ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end implementation of ADP Nextgen HCM
  • Design and build HRIS, Performance, Recruiting, and Benefits systems
  • Conduct thorough testing and training sessions


Requirements: Previous experience with ADP Nextgen HCM implementation is essential for this role.

Duration and Level of Effort: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with a minimum initial duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension. The level of effort required is full-time (40 hours per week).
