Compensation and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary ranging from $370,000 to $415,000, commensurate with experience.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least five years of experience in corporate transactional work, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.
  • Exceptional drafting and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to independently manage components of deals and work collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to assume significant responsibility in leanly structured deal teams, ensuring high levels of partner and client contact.
  • Must be currently licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction of application.

A globally recognized law firm is seeking senior associates (years 2014 - 2018) to join our Corporate & Finance sector.  This role is an outstanding opportunity for individuals with a passion for corporate transactional work, specifically with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions.
