Culture: Just like we believe in fostering strong, lasting partnerships with our clients, we do the same for our team members. We are a mid-sized firm with a small firm feel. Our shareholders are humble, down-to-earth humans who hire and support motivated and resourceful people and provide opportunities to lead successful personal and professional lives. We give back to our communities. Today, our team supports more than 80 charitable organizations by serving on boards of directors, making charitable donations, and volunteering our time.
