and Canadian operationsLead HR compliance audits, risk assessments, and investigations while identifying emerging areas of compliance riskOversee Canadian labor relations strategy, including collective bargaining negotiations and ongoing partnership with union representativesRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related field10+ years of progressive experience in HR compliance, employee relations, or employment law, xhuatnn including 6+ years in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of U.S.
and Canadian employment and labor lawsExperience leading complex investigations and compliance initiativesProven ability to influence senior leaders and build effective partnerships across HR and business teams
