Leading the Compliance Operations function within the Risk Operations Centre, the full-time remote Director of Compliance Operations will manage IT control SOX testing, oversee License Compliance and Software Asset Management, and provide compliance consulting for Privacy, Sanctions, and Anti-Bribery and Corruption requirements while handling budget and operational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
Own GSK's IT control SOX testing programme, ensuring compliance and acceptance by external auditorsTrack and manage SOX control deficiencies and action plans within the technology environmentPerform the Business Operations function for the Technology Risk and Compliance organisation, including budget management and annual goal-settingRequired
qualifications:
Bachelor's degreeExperience in Sarbanes-Oxley xhuatnn (SOX) compliance and IT audit or control testingProven experience in software asset management and license complianceDemonstrated ability to manage compliance operations with end-to-end ownershipExperience leading teams and managing budgets and headcount
