As Microsoft 365 Infrastructure & Security Lead, you will shape the strategy and operations of the organization’s Microsoft 365 environment. You will own governance, security, and lifecycle management, collaborating with Cybersecurity, Compliance, Risk, and IT teams to deliver a secure, scalable, and compliant modern workplace for a global enterprise. You’ll drive advanced email security initiatives and platform optimization, balancing reliability with risk management. This role offers impact at scale within a company focused on innovation and technology excellence.

Responsibilities
- Define and lead the Microsoft 365 platform strategy, roadmap, and governance
- Administer Exchange Online globally, manage mail flow, migrations, and retention
- Lead email security programs (Proofpoint, Defender, ATP, anti-phishing) and threat management
- Oversee Microsoft 365 security and compliance controls (Defender, Purview, DLP, information protection)
- Implement Zero Trust principles and identity services (Entra ID, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access)
- Coordinate with Cybersecurity, Compliance, and Infrastructure Operations to ensure security and continuity
- Establish KPIs, SLAs, dashboards, and governance processes; manage vendor relationships xhuatnn
- Develop automation for platform administration and service delivery
Key requirements
- Doctorate with 3+ years of related work experience
- or Master’s with 6+ years
- or Bachelor’s with 8+ years
- Experience managing Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and email security technologies
