Monday - Friday (on call rotation)

Salary Range Starts at: $80,000, but commensurate with experience

*Requirements*
* Unencumbered Active Registered Nurse licensure
* Minimum of 5 years of Long-Term Care experience
* Must have a kind, patient and empathetic personality as well as a commitment to providing patients with the best possible care
* Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and the willingness to help where and when it is needed
* Up to date CPR and first aid certification
* Leadership and organizational ability
* Must display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
* Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
* Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
* Must possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc. that are necessary for providing quality care.
* Must have patience, tact, and cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
* Management of 3rd floor unit consisting of 45 beds, LTC and SNF

Our 93-bed short-term and long-term healthcare facility offers a 24-hour nursing and medical team, as well as physical, occupational and speech therapies.
