Our client, a leading manufacturer with a global footprint, has just opened their state-of-the-art headquarters in Shoreview, MN-and they're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their growing finance team This is more than just a job-it's a chance to be part of a dynamic organization that's investing in innovation, sustainability, and its people. Key Responsibilities: Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and timely Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure proper documentation Resolve discrepancies and communicate with vendors and internal departments Assist with month-end closing and reporting activities Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies Support audits and provide documentation as needed Qualifications: 2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes Proficiency in ERP xhuatnn systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Why You'll Love This Role: Be part of a global leader in manufacturing with a strong commitment to innovation Work in a brand-new headquarters designed for collaboration and growth Competitive compensation and benefits package Opportunities for professional development and career advancement #INNOV2025#ZRCFS
