*Registered Nurse Manager Responsibilities:*
* Oversee and manage the nursing staff within the psychiatric department
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of patient care
* Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives as needed
* Ensure compliance with infection control practices and protocols
* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care
* Provide leadership and support to the nursing team, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluation

*Registered Nurse Manager Qualifications:*
* *Valid NYS Registered Nurse license*
* *Certification in infection control (Required)*
* *Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's degree preferred)*
* *Minimum of 4 years of experience in psychiatric nursing*
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of current healthcare trends and practices
