Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to centralize and manage payroll for 45 multistate locations. High-volume processing background. Experience with hourly, salaried, and seasonal employees. Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax rules, and compliance. Excellent accuracy, organization, and communication. Payroll Specialist Responsibilities Process end-to-end payroll for 40+ multi-state locations. Manage weekly/biweekly high-volume payroll cycles. Maintain accurate payroll data and resolve discrepancies. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
