The Project Manager will oversee and manage home improvement projects, coordinate with clients, and ensure timely project completion. Daily tasks include planning, scheduling, expediting resources, inspection, and client interaction, with a core focus on creating lifelong customers by delivering the best home improvement experience, The Jacob WayWe hire based on culture and are looking for people who exude our core values.· We Care — We commit to integrity, respect, and dedication to our team members and clients.· Teamwork — We support one another and align our skills to exceed client expectations.· Communication — We are transparent throughout the process.· Extreme Ownership — We take full responsibility for outcomes and collaborate on every step to ensure quality from start to finish.· Getting Better Every Day — We are committed to continuous improvement.QualificationsManage and oversee multiple construction projects concurrently to completion.Manage, recruit, and monitor in-house installers and subcontractor crews.Strong organizational and time management skills.Review & approve the scope of work and remeasure jobs.Timely, effective, and respectful communication with employees, vendors & clients.Ability to work independently and with a team.Experience in the home improvement industry is a plus.Ability to perform minor repairs as needed for the company.Salary: $55,000-$70,000 Starting Pay, Based on Experience + KPI Bonus PlanJob Type: Full Time,Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-4/5 PM as needed.Work Location: The service area is within an approximately 90-mile radius of the St. Louis Arch.Benefits: Simple IRA with 3% Employer Match.Health/Dental/Vision/ and Life Insurance are available.Company Vehicle with a fuel card for all work duties. Cell Phone Reimbursement.Preferred Qualifications:· 2+ years of experience in a construction project management position with a strong skillset in estimating, home remodeling projects, and customer service.
