We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to play a key role in driving full-cycle recruitment while acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. This role is responsible for managing complex requisitions, mentoring junior recruiters, and contributing to process improvements. The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments, balances multiple searches, and delivers a first-class candidate and stakeholder experience.Before applying for this role, please read the following information about this opportunity found below.What you’ll do:Own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, from intake to offer, with an emphasis on hard-to-fill or senior-level positionsPartner closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and provide market insightsMentor and guide junior recruiters and coordinators, sharing best practices and supporting developmentDevelop proactive sourcing strategies, leveraging networking, referrals, and innovative search techniquesDrive process improvements to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and diversity outcomesCollaborate with HR and business leaders on talent pipeline initiativesContribute to employer brand efforts by representing the company at events, networking opportunities, and through industry engagementTrack and analyze recruiting metrics to inform decision-making and report progressWhat you’ll bring:5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with demonstrated success managing diverse and challenging requisitionsStrong business acumen and ability to build credibility with senior stakeholdersProficiency with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruiting technologiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsExperience mentoring peers or junior team members preferredExperience in hiring security engineers, IT, ERP systems Passion for improving candidate experience and building diverse, high-performing teamsWhat you'll earn: Base pay range: $135,000 - $155,000 / yearAnnual performance bonusLong term incentive (equity/stock)401(k) with employer matchMedical, dental, and vision insurancePTO, company holidays, and parental leavePaid Time Off/Paid Sick Leave: Applicants can expect to accrue 15 days of paid time off during their first year (4.62 hours for every 80 hours worked) and increased accruals after five years of service.Paid training and certificationsLegal assistance and identity protectionPet insuranceEmployee assistance program (EAP)QXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
