Our Inside Sales & Client Engagement will play a key role with our sales team by leading outreach to key customers and influencers to share insights and identify opportunities to share our solutions. Working closely with our regional managers, the goal is to get to key decision makers and set up strategic and value-added meetings for our teams. Someone who can use the tools available, from our CRM to digital platforms like LinkedIn to find key audiences will be key for this role. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up. Stay informed through market research about industry trends, competitor activities, market conditions, and maintaining up to date product knowledge.Collaborating with cross functional departments such as marketing, customer service, and sales to maintain and build client relationships.Partnering with Field Sales Team to assist with scheduling sales meetings and presentations.
