Holland Home is seeking an LPN Response Nurse to join our Raybrook Assisted Living team. This role involves committing to work three 12-hour shifts every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday to support our Assisted Living units at our Raybrook campus. Embraced the Weekend Option schedule and earn a premium pay of $40 per hour

Position Overview:
Supervisory responsibilities include ensuring adequate staffing levels, orienting new employees, coaching staff, and participating in employee evaluations
Deliver compassionate care to residents including, administering medication, assessments, changing dressings, performing catheterization, and vital signs
Respond to crisis calls, address operational and service concerns
Facilitates resident admissions
Maintain accurate records of resident health conditions, and complete necessary documentation promptly
Establish and maintain trusting relationships with residents and families, offering emotional support and addressing concerns
Serve as a liaison between residents and physicians, communicating physician orders and assisting with evaluations and procedures
Primary Location: 2121 Raybrook St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546 | 3rd floor
Hours of Work: 6:30 pm - 7 am
Weekly Scheduled Hours: 36
Qualifications:
LPN licensure in the State of Michigan and CPR Certification
Prior nursing leadership experience is preferred but not required
Ideal candidates will demonstrate a passion for working with seniors and a dedication to providing top-quality care
