Our client, a well-established, growth-oriented company near Stillwater, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive global reporting and scenario modeling while partnering directly with leadership on key decisions. This is a fully onsite role, and only local candidates or those willing to relocate will be considered. Why This Role Matters• Take ownership of global financial reporting • Influence key strategic decisions with actionable insights and scenario modeling• Partner with cross-functional teams on operational and strategic initiatives• Mentor junior analysts and elevate the overall finance team's capabilities Key Responsibilities Strategic Analysis & Reporting• Lead global financial reporting, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance• Build and refine scenario models to guide strategic planning• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that influence business direction• Prepare financial statements and lender covenant reporting Budgeting, Forecasting & Capital Planning• Develop and monitor the annual capital expenditure budget• Track actual vs. planned spend, identifying cost efficiencies• Enhance and automate financial models, dashboards, and reporting processes Collaboration & Leadership• Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership and stakeholders• Present findings clearly xhuatnn to finance and non-finance teams• Contribute to system implementations, process improvements, and new business cases• Mentor junior analysts and strengthen overall team performance Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field• 3-5 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including global reporting or consolidations• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP experience required (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or Workday) #INDEC2025 #ZRCFS#LI-HK1#LI-Onsite
