Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain their individual client companies regulatory compliance
Assist in the development of the Regulatory Compliance program and the operating procedures
Process customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or retuning incomplete documents to the manager for resolution.
Verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting or re-entering data and purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
Assist existing clients with any order changes, additions or deletions to existing orders
Maintain a recall list for each of their client companies
Interact directly with client companies as needed to assure that proper orders are being generated and completed
Complete special projects as assigned
Job Qualifications:
Education/Employment:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of work experience
Experience sorting and filtering in Excel and creating Microsoft Word documents
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively educate and influence others.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Preferred:
Experience in the healthcare, human resource, or safety industry segments
College experience
Proven experience in a compliance or regulatory role, with a strong understanding of compliance regulations and best practices.
Proficiency in compliance management software and tools.
