Accounting ManagerAny additional information you require for this job can be found in the below text Make sure to read thoroughly, then apply.Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 Why This Opportunity Stands Out:• The Accounting Manager will have a high-visibility role working closely with executive leadership on financial strategy and operations• Opportunity to lead a collaborative accounting team and implement process improvements that drive efficiency• Stable organization with long-term career growth potential into senior leadership roles• Competitive salary, bonus potential, and a strong benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) match, and generous PTO Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:• Oversee daily accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and fixed assets• As an Accounting Manager, you'll manage, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals• Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP• The Accounting Manager will drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes in collaboration with leadership• Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures• Partner with other departments to support operational and strategic initiatives• The Accounting Manager will also lead special projects, system implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred xhuatnn • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role• Strong understanding of GAAP and corporate accounting best practices• Advanced Excel skills; ERP system experience preferred• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills• The ideal Accounting Manager will be proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at building cross-functional relationships $125,000 - $150,000 #LI-AH1#ZRCFS#INDEC2025
