Home Care Clinical Manager

Previous Home Care Experience Preferred
The RN Clinical Manager directs and manages overall clinical operations ensuring the highest quality care, best fiscal performance, employee participation, and customer responsiveness in accordance with approved policies, standards, plans and objectives. This is a key member of the leadership team involved in day-to-day clinical operations as well as identifying and implementing new programs in alignment with the strategic plan.
*Responsibilities:*
* The RN Clinical Manager is responsible for the administration of the program and the overall clinical direction and supervision of patient care services.
* Provides leadership and direction of clinical staff for program services and policies of the organization. This involves planning, organizing, directing, monitoring and evaluating as well as assuring compliance with State, Federal and Agency standards.
* Oversee the development of organizational policies and procedures that support
* the mission and goals of the organization while ensuring credentialing and regulatory compliance.
* Holds regular management team and staff meetings to ensure smooth operations and communication flow throughout the organization.
* Provides procedures and a system of staff communication that ensures coordinated implementation of Plans of Treatment and utilization of necessary services to be able to give quality care to our patients.
* Allocates and delegates work effectively and works to help employees achieve maximum potential.
* Interfaces and communicates with DHS, CMS. and other Federal, State and Private organizations on behalf of the organization reporting systems for program documentation, planning and evaluation and ensure that all required records are current to the organization organizational standards.

*Qualifications:*
* Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment.
* Must be a graduate of an approved nursing school.
* Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and/or previous home care experience preferred.
* At least three years experience in nursing preferably in a supervisory setting; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
