The Billing Specialist will handle billing for 5-7 accounts, comparing submitted payroll to billing templates and ensuring all information matches. Once trained, this work averages about 12 hours per week. The Billing Specialist will also assist with our Tax Project, a niche task requiring extensive spreadsheet work. Strong Excel skills are essential, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and general data cleanup. Key Responsibilities Act as the Billing Specialist for 5-7 accounts, ensuring accurate billing each cycle Match billing to payroll using provided templates Communicate with remote trucking locations as needed Support the Tax Project with heavy spreadsheet work Requirements Billing experience; prior Billing xhuatnn Specialist experience is a plus Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivots, cutting/pasting) Quiet, focused, and productive work style Able to thrive as a Billing Specialist in a busy environment If you are a detail-driven Billing Specialist ready to join a fast-paced team, we'd love to hear from you.
