About the Opportunity:∙ Job Title: CNC Router Operator∙ Pay: $18/Hour∙ Location: Rogers, MN∙ Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri 6AM-2:30PM. Daily functions:
  1. Communicate with the plant manager throughout the day regarding what needs to be routed. 
  2. Route all jobs as assigned.
  3. Monitor all aspects of machine operation.
  4. Setup router based on material and part requirements. 
  5. Ability to adapt to changing workplace situations. 
  6. Check part dimensions against prints for accuracy.
Desired qualifications:
  1. High school diploma or GED.
  2. Previous CNC Machine experience a plus.
  3. Previous architectural metal background a plus.
  4. Good organizational skills
  5. Ability to read tape measure. 
Physical requirements:
  1. Lifting 50lbs up to 75 lbs. team lift.
  2. Standing for long durations of time.
  3. Use hands and fingers to operate hand tools.
