Job Title: Welder 

Job Location/City: Rogers, MN

Type of Job: Full-time, trial-to-hire, entry-level

Hours/Shift: 1st shift Monday – Thursday, OT on Friday 5 am-3:00 pm

Pay: $18-25 per hour, depending on experience, paid weekly.

Job description:

A growing Metals, Glass, and Glazing company seeking reliable Welding Fabricator employees located around Rogers, MN Duties of the Welder Fabricator include cutting, bending, and shaping metal with either saws or machinery to perform tasks such as loading fixtures and reading blueprints. Previous experience with Mig/Tig aluminum welding and sawing/machining is required. 

Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in welding (MIG/Tig, aluminum, stainless steel and steel). Previous experience in Architectural metal fabrication would be a plus.
  • Demonstrates ability to use Press Brake, Punch Press, CNC Machining Center/Router
  • Must have experience in sawing and machining. 
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints to determine the specific welding/machining requirements. 
  • Demonstrated ability to use computers and reference manuals.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
