This is a permanent position where the successful candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse range of employment law issues. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of employment law, and will be a licensed member of the Pennsylvania Bar. We are looking for a professional with a proven track record in providing expert legal advice, who is capable of managing a variety of tasks and working in a fast-paced environment.Why join us?Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive legal advice on a wide range of employment law matters, including but not limited to, employment contracts, wage and hour issues, workplace safety, discrimination, and harassment. Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediation sessions. Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements. Conduct thorough legal research to support client cases and stay updated on current laws and regulations. Develop litigation strategies tailored to each client's specific needs and desired outcomes.Job DetailsQualifications: Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in employment law, preferably in a law firm setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
