The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advising and representing clients in employment-related matters, including litigation, compliance, and risk management.If you’re looking for a firm that values professional growth, work-life balance, and impactful client relationships, we’d love to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Represent employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including workplace investigations, discrimination claims, wage and hour disputes, and employment agreements.Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on compliance with state and federal labor laws.Draft and review employment policies, handbooks, and contracts.Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution, including trial or arbitration.Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and responsiveness. Qualifications: J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.3–7+ years of labor and employment law experience, including litigation and counseling.Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws, including FLSA, Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and NLRA.Exceptional legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.Client-focused mindset with a passion for solving complex workplace challenges.
