Competitive Compensation: Up to $160K base salary (DOE) + 10% bonus 401(k) with Company Match Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability Generous PTO & Paid Holidays Tuition Reimbursement & Wellness Perks Relocation Assistance Available Hybrid Flexibility: Onsite in Temple, TX with Fridays remote Leadership Impact: Lead a Cost Accounting Center of Excellence within a global organizationJob DetailsKey Responsibilities and Duties:Lead and mentor the Cost Accounting Center of Excellence team, providing direction, coaching, and oversightDrive manufacturing cost accounting processes, including standard costing, variance analysis, and COGS reportingManage inventory valuation, reconciliation, and BOM accuracy across multiple plantsPartner cross-functionally with Operations, Procurement, IT, and Finance to ensure accurate financial insights and alignmentServe as key ERP (Oracle) cost accounting leader, ensuring system accuracy and leveraging data for reporting/decision-makingDevelop and implement cost accounting policies, processes, and internal controlsProvide audit support, financial analysis, and operational recommendations to senior leadershipAct as a strategic partner to the Sr. Director of Operations Finance in shaping the cost accounting visionQualifications Needed:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA a plus)Minimum 5+ years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing, including at least 2+ years in leadershipExpertise in standard costing, variance analysis, inventory reconciliation, BOMs, and COGSStrong proficiency with Oracle ERP (other ERP experience considered)Experience in process or discrete manufacturing industries (building products, food, pharma, industrial preferred)Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with ability to build and guide a growing teamExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilitiesInterested in hearing more?
