Senior AccountantBe one of the first applicants, read the complete overview of the role below, then send your application for consideration.Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 Why This Opportunity Stands Out:• Well-established, growing company• The Senior Accountant will work closely with finance leadership and gain exposure to both operational and strategic accounting functions• Collaborative, team-oriented culture with opportunities for process improvement and cross-departmental projects• Stable business with consistent growth, offering career advancement potential into leadership roles• Competitive compensation and benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), and generous PTO Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:• Manage and execute month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements in accordance with GAAP• Support budgeting and forecasting activities and provide variance analysis for leadership review• Assist with internal and external audit requests by preparing schedules and documentation• Maintain and enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures• Collaborate with other departments to support operational initiatives and resolve accounting issues• The Senior Accountant will also assist in special projects, system implementations, and process improvements Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CPA candidate preferred• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment xhuatnn • Solid understanding of GAAP and month-end close processes• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP system experience a plus• The ideal Senior Accountant will be proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a collaborative setting This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Senior Accountant looking to take the next step in their career with a stable, growth-oriented company $85,000 - $100,000#LI-AH1#INNOV2025
