What You'll Do as Senior Accountant:• Maintain general ledgers, job costing, CAM and tax reconciliations, and budgets across a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate• Prepare financial statements, lender reports, and tax schedules to support timely and accurate reporting• Manage daily cash functions including reconciliations, chargebacks, and cash summaries• Input and review lease details in Yardi and collaborate with Accounts Receivable and Project Managers• Oversee hotel joint ventures, utility billings, and annual budgeting for various assets• Act as a senior accountant resource to the team, contributing to process improvements and special projects Ideal Background for the Senior Accountant:• 2-5 years of accounting experience in commercial real estate• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field• Yardi experience and CPA a plus If you're a Senior Accountant ready to step into a visible role and work directly with leadership, this is an excellent opportunity to build a career in a well-established, respected organization.
