We are looking for a Lead Oral Surgery Assistant to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate *Must *have at least 3 years of oral surgery experience and be a natural leader. We value a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.

*Key Responsibilities*:

- Assist Doctor in all surgical procedures

- Manage the schedule, supplies and orders

- Oversee infection control protocols – sterilizing instruments and preparing equipment

- Provide post-procedure care instructions to patients

- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene to maintain their oral health

- Perform additional office tasks as needed

*Qualifications:*

- Minimum 3 years of oral surgery assisting experience

- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures

- Understanding of ethical and legal dental care standards

- Radiology certification (X-ray)

- Knowledge of Dentrix (preferred but not required)

- Leadership and team collaboration skills

- Travel reimbursement available when applicable
