Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Location: South Burlington, VT

Job Type: Contract, Traveler - 13 weeks

Job Duties:
* Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed.
* Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
* Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans tailored to the unique needs of elderly patients.
* Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and home care needs.
* Document patient information, care activities, and observations accurately in electronic health records.
* Support registered nurses and physicians with patient care tasks and procedures.
* Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
* Ensure patient rooms and work areas are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
* Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.

Job Requirements:
* 1+ Year of Long-Term Care experience
* VT LPN License Or LPN Compact State License
* BLS (AHA)
* Covid Card

Schedule:
* Shift: Varied/Flexible
* 37.5 hours guaranteed in a week

Benefit:
