Make an Impact.As a Quality Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to deliver products that meet the highest standards. You’ll lead problem-solving initiatives, coach production teams, and build strong customer relationships—all while championing continuous improvement and innovation. Your Mission Ensure product quality by supporting production operations and applying advanced quality tools and methodologies. What You’ll Do Lead quality initiatives: Coordinate problem reporting and resolution (PRR) for quality issues. Apply best practices: Drive root cause analysis, containment measures, and corrective actions. Coach and train teams: Empower production personnel with quality tools and standards. Collaborate with customers: Analyze part rejections, warranty concerns, and maintain trust through regular visits. Implement quality systems: Apply 8D, QRCM, FMEA, and continuous improvement tools. Ensure compliance: Maintain documentation, monitor poka-yoke systems, and support ISO/QS/TS standards. Contribute to innovation: Participate in scrap reviews and improvement roadmaps. What You Bring Bachelor degree in business, technical field, or ASQ certification. Strong knowledge of quality tools and standards (ISO, QS9000, TS16949, VDA 6.2). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Minitab experience a plus. Previous manufacturing experience; automotive paint/injection experience preferred.
