Staff Accountant Responsibilities:

Prepare journal entries.
Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
Processing and analysis of accounts payable.
Review and processing of ADP payroll general ledger downloads.
Meeting processing and reporting deadlines.
Assisting the accounting leadership as needed.

Staff Accountant Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience in Accounting.
Payroll Process experience a plus.
Health Industry related experience a plus.
Matrix or YARDI general ledger experience a plus.
Ability to work in Excel proficiently a must.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently are essential.
Excellent communication and analytical skills required.
