_*Description:*_
* Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating new and existing patient’s medical conditions.
* Conducting follow-up patient care.
* Ordering and interpreting lab, radiology, and other diagnostic study results.
* Prescribing and referring patients for consultations when appropriate.
* Accurately updating patient's medical records in EMR system
* Providing a personalized experience to each patient and tailor to their needs
* Performing patient physicals
* On call is limited to phone call only for 1 week per year
* Being a team player
* Other duties as assigned

*Qualifications:*
* Must have 1 year of clinical experience in Family Practice or Urgent Care
* Must be certified family nurse practitioner
* Current up to date APRN license in GA
* DEA is preferred but not required

*3 Week Rotating Schedule:*
* *Rotating Schedule*
* 1 late night shift/week; Every 3-4 weeks, must work weekends
* M-TH: 8am-7pm
* Fri: 8am-5pm
* Sat: 9am-5pm
* Sun: 12pm-4pm
