Responsibilities:

• Post PO, CSAM to become a solid line and Sales to become a dotted line with the Customer.
• Stay updated with the pulse of the Customer by developing their unique persona.
• At any point of time, be ready with a micro and macro level snapshot of the current situation,
what are the blockers, what can be next steps, respective owners, and timeline. Drive monthly
and quarterly business review meetings with Customers senior management.
• Stay connected with Customer’s appointed PoC as well as stakeholders in their other verticals.
Map out hierarchy and KRAs for decision makers. Stay empowered to be able to drive the
conversation from ground staff till M1, M2 and M3.
• Act as a consultant to help Customers gauge new use cases. Empower Sales to speak on growing
the Customer account.
• Detect early signs of churn or lower bot utilization. Drive data backed discussions. Help avoid
embargo between company internal team and Customer. Drive the people at both the sides by
follow-ups and figuring out a win-win situation.
• Gain trust of the Customer as a sound advisor. Actively seek feedback and let their voice get
echoed within Company. Help company in figuring out what works and what doesn’t by sharing stories of
successes and failures.
