Bonus and stock Fast career growth 8% 401K match Relocation AssistanceJob DetailsResponsibilities:Monitor and manage daily cash balances across multiple entities and accounts.Compile and distribute cash flow summaries and dashboards to internal teams.Initiate and record cash movements such as wires, ACHs, and intercompany transfers.Maintain and reconcile the hedge portfolio, including interest rate and commodity derivatives.Coordinate confirmations with brokers and reconcile against statements.Support reporting of hedge positions, valuations, exposures, and effectiveness metrics.Support covenant calculations and prepare required compliance documentation.Assist in managing reporting obligations tied to company debt agreements.Ensure timely and accurate documentation for lender communications.Act as a point of contact with financial institutions for operational issues.Help manage account setups, closures, and maintenance.Contribute to the implementation of treasury technologies and process improvements.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).2+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, or financial operations.Solid knowledge of derivatives and financial instruments, including commodity and interest rate swaps.Understanding of debt compliance and reporting requirements.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Collaborative mindset and the ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.Interested in hearing more?
