Treasury Analyst/Assistant TreasurerWe are looking for a Treasury Analyst/Assistant Treasurer to join our team in Midland, Texas. This role focuses on providing support to the Treasury Management sales team, ensuring exceptional service for existing clients while helping expand business opportunities. The ideal candidate will excel at maintaining organized documentation and identifying potential sales opportunities within the organization.Responsibilities:Assist the Treasury Management sales team in delivering high-quality service to existing clients.Prepare and contribute to sales proposals aimed at generating new business.Ensure account documentation is properly managed and maintained for compliance and audit purposes.Identify and refer sales opportunities to other teams within the bank when appropriate.Collaborate with team members to address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.Monitor and analyze cash flow forecasts to support treasury activities.Support global treasury operations by providing accurate data and insights.Contribute to the optimization of treasury processes and procedures.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of corporate treasury functions and best practices.Requirements:Proven experience in corporate treasury or a related field.Strong knowledge of treasury management and cash flow forecasting.Ability to manage and maintain precise account documentation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.Familiarity with global treasury operations.Proficiency in identifying and referring sales opportunities.Capability to work collaboratively within a team environment.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
