Growing together.As the Director of Business Development, you will lead the agency to achieve growth targets in revenue, census, and start-of-care goals. You will drive the execution of the Sales and Marketing plan, build relationships with referral sources, and support overall organizational growth.Ready to apply Before you do, make sure to read all the details pertaining to this job in the description below. Primary Responsibilities: Hire, direct, train, and supervise the sales team at the agency levelCoach employees to overcome objections and work toward growth goalsMaintain a comprehensive knowledge of community resources and provide education to the sales teamCommunicate with healthcare professionals about prospective and current patientsEstablish and maintain positive relationships with referral sources, patients, families, healthcare professionals, and the community to promote hospice philosophy and supportAssist the Director of Admissions in overseeing the referral to admissions process to achieve growth goals You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment.
