About the Opportunity - Accounts Payable Assistant We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team and support the AP department in managing vendor invoices and payment processes. As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely payments, and contributing to the efficiency of our financial operations. What You'll Do as an Accounts Payable Assistant: Stamp vendor invoices and calculate appropriate due dates and discounts Input invoice and inventory receipt information into spreadsheets to identify discrepancies Enter vendor invoices into the system for payment and verify payment accuracy Process drop ship orders Compare vendor statements with company records and resolve outstanding items Assist with department special projects as needed What Makes a Great Accounts Payable Assistant: One year of experience in accounts payable or an administrative capacity Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and vendors Why You'll Love This Accounts Payable Assistant Role: Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Be part of a respected company with deep roots in the shooting sports industry.
