Continuously available and responsive to potential clients.
Understands that persistence pays off, as each lead is contacted with up to 9 calls and 14 voicemails per attempt.
Follows up with leads as timing often plays a critical role in successful conversions.
Empathetic and Customer-Centric:
Listens carefully to clients' needs and demonstrates genuine care and understanding.
Build trust with educated clients who require thoughtful and well-informed responses to questions or concerns.
Deliberate and Thorough:
Takes a measured approach with outbound leads, slowing down to provide detailed explanations and address objections.
Avoid “burn and churn” sales tactics, focusing instead on nurturing each lead to closure.
Detail-Oriented and Analytical:
Review lead information carefully to understand the client's financial situation before engagement.
Applies rebuttals thoughtfully, leveraging knowledge and a consultative approach to overcome objections.
Highly Driven and Performance-Oriented:
Thrives in a competitive environment with high closing expectations (team average of 30%, top performers achieving up to 55%).
Actively improves speed-to-lead times to capitalize on potential clients searching for debt relief.
Responsibilities:
Contact and qualify leads efficiently through curated outbound campaigns, ensuring time efficiency and proper filtering.
Deliver a personalized and educational pitch, emphasizing Americor's value as a trusted debt settlement solution.
Consistently follow up with leads who may not convert immediately, ensuring they remain engaged and informed.
Maintain availability and activity throughout the day to meet high-intent lead demands.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on lead quality and areas for improvement in the process.
Success Metrics:
Closing Rate: Maintain a personal closing rate of 30% or higher.
Lead Contact Speed: Immediate dialer engagement with leads as they come through the system.
Follow-Up Conversion: Drive enrollment through strategic follow-ups, which comprise 25% of daily activities.
Activity Level: Maintain consistent dialing, voicemail follow-ups, and timely lead engagement.
Key Differentiators from Inbound Consultants:
Outbound leads require a more educated, service-driven approach rather than high-volume quick transactions.
Focus on nurturing and following up with leads over multiple interactions rather than simply flipping them based on initial interest.
Prioritizes quality over quantity in client interactions, ensuring each lead is given the time and attention needed for a successful close.
The Pay
$15.50/Hourly base rate + uncapped monthly commissions.
