Are you a dedicated and experienced Dental Assistant looking to be a key player in a close-knit team? Our small, welcoming periodontal office is seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to help us continue delivering exceptional care to our patients.
Position Overview:
As a Dental Assistant with us, you will:
Create a Positive Experience: Ensure patients feel warmly welcomed and comfortable throughout their visit.
Prepare for Success: Set up instruments, materials, and equipment with precision and care.
Uphold Standards: Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards in line with regulations.
Educate and Communicate: Provide clear and excellent patient education.
Maintain Records: Keep accurate and detailed patient records.
Assist in Procedures: Support various periodontal and implant surgical procedures with hands-on assistance.
Compensation:
Pay Range: 27-37/hr depending on skills and experience.
Bonus: End-of-year bonus based on production
Medical Insurance: Regence HSA with 75 employer contribution and employer HSA contribution
Vision Insurance: Regence
Paid Time Off: Vacation and holiday pay; 3 weeks/year accrued as 2.5 hours for every 40 hours worked
401K: 3 match with additional profit sharing

Job Requirements for Dental Assistant
Work Schedule:
Tuesday to Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (approximately 2 Fridays per month)
Total Weekly Hours: 3036 patient hours (average 33). Up to 40 hours per week available if interested in additional responsibilities such as equipment maintenance and supply ordering.
Experience and Qualifications:
Years of Experience Required: 1 year
Required Skills:
1+ years of experience working in a dental setting
X-ray certification
BLS/CPR certification
Strong computer skills and proficiency with dental software
Other Requirements:
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
Previous experience in a dental office
