About Endevica Bio
Endevica Bio is a clinical-stage biotechnology company north of Chicago. We design novel peptide-based medicines for complex diseases where patients still have too few good options. Our team brings together people with different strengths and a shared commitment to getting meaningful work done, with each person playing a direct role in moving the company forward. There is ambitious science happening here, and there is a real sense that the work we do today could meaningfully change patients’ lives tomorrow.
We’re a very small company. This is intentional. A lean team keeps us creative, collaborative, and closely connected to the work. Everyone knows what the company is working toward, everyone has a voice, and no one is limited to a narrow corner of the job description. Work moves quickly, priorities evolve, and people who bring good judgment, initiative, and follow-through can make an immediate difference. If you’re resourceful, open-minded, and enjoy helping a busy team get things done, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to make a difference here.

- Collaborate with the office manager to prioritize workloads, delegate and coordinate tasks, establish clear ownership, and bring shared projects to completion.
- Improve administrative processes, maintain organized records, and coordinate coverage to ensure consistent executive support.
