The Housing & Fleet Manager will manage the operations of the CCS properties as assigned which include and is not limited to leasing up units. They will facilitate completion of rental agreements and other required forms for new tenants, maintain complete and accurate property files and records, manage organizations rent subsidy programs and coordinate with local and public housing authority to identify landlords with available housing eligible for section 8 rental The Housing & Fleet Manager will also be knowledgeable about Federal Fair Housing and ADA rules and compliance, landlord tenant rules, ORS & OAR’s. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Full Time, Day) What You’ll Make$6,000-$7,050 per month DOE/Credentials.
Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates. ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. What You’ll NeedMust have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related fieldA current Oregon Property Management LicenseAnd Three to Five (3–5) years of relevant work experience working with affordable housing and property & fleet management Additional Qualifications:A wide degree of housing knowledge, including low-income housing/tax credit (LIHTC)HUD programs (project-based section 8, section 236, PRAC, 811 PRA)USDA-Rural development (USDA-RD 515)HCD, home funds and bonds. Driving is an essential function of this position.
Successful applicants must provide a valid driver's license from their state of residence or obtain and submit one within 30 days of hire, maintain a safe driving record, and have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check. Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to frequently sit, walk, climb stairs, bend, stoop, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers. It may require the ability to occasionally use ladders, squat/kneel, use basic tools, and perform other physical tasks as applicable including minimal cleaning tasks; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds. Per OAR 3 , Direct Care staff must be 18 or older at the time of hire.
