ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a nurse interested in working a flexible schedule in the relaxed atmosphere of our private duty program at South Port Square senior living community.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Private Duty Clinical RN:

You get to be part of the leadership team of a thriving private duty program serving as the Director of Nursing for the program.
You can perform skilled nursing services like medication box fills.
You can perform assessments, supervisory visits, and develop the plan of care.
Your schedule is flexible.
You get to work in one place without having to drive from client to client.
You get to work in a beautiful senior living community.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

One to two years of recent acute care or home care experience preferred but not required.
Current RN licensure in the state.
Current CPR certification, provided by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills; nursing skills per competency checklist.
Has the ability to read, follow written instructions, and document services provided.
Is self-directed with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
Is kind, reliable, and compassionate.
