*Position Overview:* Our *Driver Manager Trainee* will be overseeing and managing a group of 50 Drivers. Managing that driver group's payroll and monitor driver performance. You will work closely with fellow team members and interface directly with customers and drivers to ensure timely delivery according to contract requirements.

*Schedule:* Monday-Friday | Dayshift _(start time to be determined) _

*Benefits:*

*Responsibilities:*
* Dispatches tractors and trailers to meet assigned route schedules.
* Coordinates equipment maintenance issues with maintenance personnel.
* Track routes.
* Coordinate with other dispatchers in assisting drivers.
* Effectively communicate instructions to drivers.
* Ensure DOT compliance is maintained throughout the course of the route.

*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's Degree preferred.
* Experience within the transportation industry (preferred).
* Fluent using Microsoft Office products and database management.
* Balance between verbal and analytical thinking skills.
* Ability to conceptualize big picture ideas.
* Team player and self-starter
* Transportation Experience preferred.
